Administrator / Customer Support Officer

With clients such as National Grid, London Ambulance Service and Eon we have an exciting and forward thinking team that is growing rapidly.

Your new role 
The successful candidate will be joining a driven team, providing administration support to clients and team members. This role will involve reception duties, research tasks, processing orders, diary organisation, customer paperwork organisation, Invoice management and general customer support.

What you’ll need to succeed 
The successful applicant will need to have very strong administration and customer service background. You will need to review data deal with customer queries and be able to handle questions, concerns or feedback. You will need to have first class IT skills including a very confident user of MS office. You will need excellent verbal, phone and written skills to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll get in return 
You will work Monday to Friday, 9am- 5.30pm (8 hours) totalling 40 hours per week, you will be based at our head Office based in Consett, County Durham and your pay will be at £8.50 per hour, you will receive 28 days holidays and includes Company Share options.
