At Elmtronics we strive to offer you a first-class service, ensuring we meet your needs at every step of your EV Charging Station. From arranging your survey to planning your installation and the setting up of your charger we are always on hand to ensure this runs smoothly.
To ensure you receive accurate costs for your charging station we will complete a survey on the premises – this will take place on an arranged date and time to suit you, following this our sales team will be in touch with your final quote.
After agreeing your quote and a convenient time to carry out the installation our team of qualified installers will start the ground work and the installation of your EV charging station(s). Elmtronics only employs engineers that are trained to high standards to ensure your EV charging units are installed to the highest quality standards.
Elmtronics installers will ensure that your charging units are properly installed and validated, the installers will also explain how to operate the EV charging unit.
Annual Safety Test and Maintenance of your Charging Station

Once we have your Charging station up and running is only the start of the service offered by Elmtronics. Our Support teams can take care of your stations with 24/7 phone support.
- A maximum 24 hours’ response time for station failures
- A maximum target of 7 working days for component replacement and repairs
- Unlimited call outs every year
- One annual safety test and service per charger per year
- Access to Elmtronics support portal, knowledge based and community forums, (These are monitored 8am to 6pm 5 days per week).
